Shipments and returns Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via airmail
with tracking and drop- without signature. If you prefer delivery by airmail with required signature, an
additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment
choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas
transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one
order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of
them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
There are 4 different kinds of shipping methods available for your selection:

1.Your details for shipping are receiver’s full name, address and zipcode and phone number. Please be
informed that we only can ship the wedding dress by ZIP CODE address, PO Boxes or similar addresses
are not available for shipping.
2.We will ship the wedding gown within 1 work days after finishing making, and we will tell you the tracking
numbers for you to track on the specific website by yourself.
3.If your wedding dress can not be shipped normally or delivered normally, you will be contacted by email and informed the reason for delay.
